IPC Exit Point “Superhumans”

27th October 15

This morning our first year primary pupils have participated in two activities to celebrate the End Point of the “Superhumans” unit which they have been working in IPC. Children have participated in a first aid course which is adapted to their age, and taught by the school doctor. We believe that if children are trained in first aid, they themselves can also become an important part of in the survival chain.

Furthermore, students have had the opportunity to find out what the inside of an ambulance is like, with the aim of bringing them closer to the daily work of the emergency health services and to instill in them the idea that doctors and nurses are here to help them and their family and friends.

Students have brought with them a stuffed toy animal from home in order to be able to practice RCP.
