22nd December 17
After the first four months of the academic year comes the well-earned Christmas break for our students and teachers. This term ends with Christmas festivals and the performance of the Nativity Play and also with end of term reports. Our pupils have been working enthusiastically to get good marks, but they are also aware that work hasn´t finished and so there is plenty of time to improve and continue to gain knowledge and develop new skills which help them to grow as students and people. A few days before the start of term, already in 2018, we will receive american students who are on an exchange visit with our pupils. We are eager to return their hospitality received when our 16 students were at Miss Porter´s School (Farmington, Connecticut). I will tell you in advance that we are working on enlarging our French Department in order to be able to help our pupils even more in the preparation of A2, B1 and B2 DELF (French Language Studies Diploma) examinations, which will be held on Saturday 10th February. You will be informed of this and many more things on returning from the holidays. Until then it only remains for me to wish you a Merry Christmas and our best wishes for the New Year.
